Durham Toffee started the way the best things do — with a pot, a thermometer, and a stubborn refusal to cut corners. Every batch is cooked slowly, stirred by hand, and cooled on marble until it snaps just right.
We're not a factory. We're a small shop on Berry Bush Place where the candy smells like caramelized sugar and the regulars know us by name. Alongside our confections, we curate a selection of groceries — things we'd actually keep in our own pantry.
